1) Attracting Birds-Feeding hummingbirds is a magical experience. It will, however, require patience, skill, and quite a bit of luck. Leave it outside for a few days to get the birds attracted to their new feeder. It is best to leave it around existing feeders or flowers that already attracted them.
2) Introducing Yourself-After a few days of the hummingbirds occupying your feeder, go outside while they feed. Stand from a distance, moving closer each day so the hummingbirds are comfortable with your presence. Continue doing so till you can stand really close to the birds.
