This extra-large capacity Hamilton beach commercial rice cooker/warmer allows the operator to prepare up to 90 cups of cooked rice (45 cups uncooked) in one batch. Not only for rice, it can also be used to cook grits, oatmeal, porridge, even macaroni and cheese. Insulated double-wall construction and a heated lid ensure even cooking every time. Just add rice, water, push a button, and walk away. Program settings include long grain rice, short grain rice, and heat/simmer.
