They’re just as good, if not better, than fancy ceramic coated cast iron pots and pans. Perfect for gas, electric, induction, and glass cooktops, and oven-safe. Replace if the surface is scratched, or every 5 years or so, as needed.
5-PLY STAINLESS STEEL + 2 LAYERS NON-STICK. These pans are made from high quality material that conducts heat quickly and evenly, and stays hot for long cooking projects. The exterior is constructed from 5 layers of stainless steel and aluminum. The interior is constructed from 2 layers of PFOA free non stick material. The handles will eventually warm up when subjected to heat for extended periods of time, but also cool down rapidly.
IDEAL FOR MEDIUM TO LOW HEAT COOKING. To maintain the life of your nonstick cookware, cooking at low to moderate heat levels on the stovetop or in a 425° or less oven without a lid. When using a cooking fat, stick to traditional liquid oils, butter, coconut oil, etc. Avoid pump and aerosol sprays, as they are hard to clean off. Use wooden, silicone, nylon or other “soft” material utensils, and never cut food in the pans with a knife or fork.

These sizes are ideal for everyday use, for individual entrées, main dishes for a family, special sides, or sautéing ingredients. EASY TO CLEAN. To keep your nonstick pan performing its best, clean with a gentle detergent and sponge, non-abrasive plastic mesh or nylon pad. For stubborn residue, gently scrub away with a soft pad and fine-powder cleaner specifically labeled non-stick safe. These pans are dishwasher safe, but should be removed immediately after the cleaning cycle is complete, and never left to steam with the rest of the dishes. Maintain handles and stainless steel exterior with water & lemon juice.
