Panettone Basso Mold – M170/110, Case of 405

This Novacart paper baking mold has corrugated side walls and bottoms. This style of construction makes the mold rigid and durable. Most commonly used for coffee cake, yogurt cake, cream cake and even cheesecakes. Novacart’s paper baking molds are designed to render metal baking pans unnecessary.
