It is possible to put all Smeg cookware in the oven up to a temperature of 250°C/480°F and they can also be put in the dishwasher for easy cleaning. The two stainless steel durable side handles have been designed with a large, ergonomic shape, for a comfortable and safe grip. The dish can easily be transferred from hob to oven to table for serving. The tempered glass lid features a steel handle, a steam vent and is transparent, allowing you to monitor cooking at all times.
